And it was further expanded with Schaefer y Cía., our cargo agency in Veracruz, which also operates in Tampico. Furthermore, our proud investment in IPA Steel Terminal Altamira, which has become one of the most significant stevedoring companies along the Gulf of Mexico, has even more deeply increased our experience in international stevedoring. And lastly, our partnership in Audaxia Logística based in Monterrey, Mexico expands our reach into Mexico via the Pacific ports of Ensenada, Guaymas, Topolobampo, Mazatlan, Manzanillo, and Lazaro Cardenas. This combination of our own asset backed companies, along with our specialized third party network, makes Schaefer Group one of the most formidable cargo movers in Mexico today.

Our partnership in Altamira is a joint-venture between several experienced international companies in what has become one of the most important private cargo terminals dedicated to steel cargo in Mexico. The deep draft and multi-dock stevedoring operation has made a significant impact in Gulf shipping. Dedicated primarily to steel and project cargo, IPA provides a specialized service within the general cargo industry for cargo entering or exiting the Gulf of Mexico.
